HOLIDAYS IN LANZAROTE “SUERTE DE TIERRA”

…is a typical Canarian country house that was built by a lanzarotenian bricklayer. Terrace, garden with geranium, aloe vera and cactee in black lava rock as a contrast to the white walls of the house, the azure sky and the blue of the Atlantic have you dive into the world of the Canary Islands – A peaceful and silent vacation idyll around the fine and well-cared for country house “Finca Suerte de Tierra”

… and this is what is expecting you:

  • garden with furnishings (table, chairs, sun-loungers, hammock)
  • 25 m² terrace in south direction with flat staircase suitable  also for handicapped persons.
  • 1 appartment of 75 square metres with
  • 2 bedrooms
  • 1 kitchen
  • 1 bathroom
  • 1 living-room
  • internet dsl flat

The decoration and furnishings in the house: In every bedroom wardrobes with several doors as well as double beds for partners, sufficient bed-linen, iron, alarm-clocks, radios, cd-player. Additionally electric heating for the nights in the months December, January, February, where the weather can become a bit cooler. Also 2 (guest) folding beds for one person is available if you wish to occupy the apartment with more than four persons.

The living-room with access to the terrace has seats of the design “water-lily”, a small TV with satellite, dvd-player and a radio. The kitchen is extremely spacious. Lots of special kitchen equipment including microwave, oven and electric- and gas cooker, fridge with freezing unit and others as well as a big dining-table for 6 persons is available. The bathroom is equally very spacious in decorative blue-white and includes a bidet, bath-tub, washing-machine as well as sufficient towels for your whole holiday.

In alignment with the canary style of living decorative tiles on wall and floor provide a clean and cool atmosphere so as to escape the heat of the day. The country-house is furnished with wood and nature or earth colours. The house was built in the 70ies and matches the architecture of the canary rural population.

If you stay longer than 7 days/nights with us we will offer to you a special/better price – we will always inform you as soon as possible.

Gratis: children until 15 months will be welcome without payment. A cot will be organized by us for free, if you wish so.

SERVICE: Other informations about the country house, further details about our special SERVICE during your holidays [i would organize for you extra cleaning and airport-convoy – both services must be payed additional] the reservation of cheap hired cars is a special gratis service for free. Domestic animals on announcement, please ask for further price details.
